Said the little boy: "Sometimes I drop my spoon," Said the old man: "I do too!"
The little boy whispered: "I wet my pants." "I do that too," laughed the old man.
Said the little boy: "I often cry."
"The old man nodded: "So do I."
"But worst of all," said the little boy, "It seems grownups don't pay attention to me." And he felt the warmth of the wrinkled
old hand. "I know what you mean," said the old man.

In
a Country increasingly segregated by age and marked by long distance, grandparents and grandchildren have limited opportunities
for meaningful interaction. The generations are divided emotionally, physically,
and socially while missing exciting opportunities to learn and share.
By
bridging the generation gap and bringing these 2 under-served populations together, The
Paterson S.K.I.P. Program® will collaborate with other local agencies
to provide many relationship building learning opportunities for the children and seniors. Education, friendship, social and
moral etiquette will be the main goals of The Paterson S.K.I.P. Program®. (Seniors & Kids in Partnership)
